In an effort to promote a Healthy and Fit East Grand Forks the Parks and Recreation department has created a new "Yoga in the Park" activity for our residents to enjoy a group exercise outdoors during our beautiful summer months.
Our initial plan is to offer three different dates for people to have a chance to get familiar with yoga and an outdoor exercise group. Our goal is to offer this activity on a full time basis in the upcoming summers.
Danielle Gregoire, local certified yoga trainer with Ganesha Yoga, will lead and instruct the group. The activity is for men and women, boys and girls young and old. The only requirement is that all participants register for the sessions here on the Parks and Recreation website.
Please call our office with any questions, 218-773-8000.
